1. Organizer

The contest is organized by Nescens Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), in collaboration with @melanielaurah.

2. Eligibility

Participation in the contest is free of charge and does not require any purchase.
The contest is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older, with no restriction on country of residence.
Employees of the Organizer and anyone involved in the organization of the contest are excluded from participation.

3. Contest Period

The contest is open until January 31 inclusive, at 11:59 PM.
Any entries submitted after this date will not be considered.

4. How to Participate

To participate in the contest, participants must complete all of the following steps on Instagram:

• Follow @melanielaurah and @nescensswitzerland

• Comment on the contest post

Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

5. Prize

The contest will select 5 winners.
Each winner will receive 1 Nescens spa at home experience.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection

The 5 winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries after the contest ends.
They will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 15 business days after the end of the contest.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select another winner.

7. Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with the contest will be used exclusively for the administration of the contest and will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.

8. Liability

The Organizer shall not be held liable for any technical issues, network failures, or circumstances beyond its control that may affect participation or the proper conduct of the contest.

9. Instagram Disclaimer

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Instagram is fully released from any liability related to this contest.

10. Governing Law

The contest is governed by Swiss law.
Legal recourse is excluded.
