Cancellation & Subscription Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for changing or canceling purchases made through our store, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy items.
All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing to your reservation coordinator. Verbal requests will not be accepted.
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 100% of the total amount of the pricing proposal, no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled date.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be released without guarantee of availability.
Payment can be made by credit card, secure payment link, or bank transfer. The amount must be received on time and accompanied by proof of payment.
Any treatment equal to or exceeding CHF 1,000 must be paid for at the time of booking and strictly before the treatment is provided, including in the case of same-day reservations.
Treatments or services not included in the initial pricing proposal may be settled at the end of the stay, provided that their total cumulative amount does not exceed CHF 1,000.
Up to 10 days prior to the scheduled date:
➝ No cancellation fee. Full refund. Between 10 days and 48 hours prior:
➝ A 5% administrative fee will be applied based on the total amount of the pricing proposal. Less than 48 hours prior:
➝ 50% of the total amount will be retained. No-show:
➝ 100% of the total amount will be retained. Cancellation of treatment(s) less than 24h in advance:
For medical reasons: 20% of the amount will be retained (medical certificate required). For non-medical reasons: 100% of the amount will be retained.
Up to 10 days prior to the scheduled date:
➝ Free modification, subject to availability. Between 10 days and 48 hours prior:
➝ A 5% administrative fee will be applied based on the total amount of the pricing proposal. Less than 48 hours prior:
➝ 20% of the total amount will be retained
Early departure:
➝ In the case of early departure from a pre-booked program or package, no refund will be granted, with the exception of any unused accommodation or meal costs, subject to management approval.
A security deposit will be requested upon arrival to cover any additional services.
When you purchase a subscription from us, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you opt to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.
Canceling a Subscription: You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Links to manage your subscription are included in your order confirmation emails. If you choose to cancel, please do so before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
Pre-orders are for products that are out-of-stock or will be available in the future. At checkout, we may collect a deposit or authorize your payment method and charge the full amount once the product is available.
Canceling a Pre-Order: You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled if you have made a partial payment. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a full or partial refund. For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
